This is my absolute favorite Indian restaurant . . . not only is it a nice restaurant, but the staff and food are off-the-charts amazing. If you are unfamiliar with the cuisine, just ask anyone and they will be happy to make recommendations or suggestions to help guide you to your perfect dish. And they have a daily buffet that is simply delicious . . . which is perfect to help you learn which of their fabulous dishes you love.

My family of 5 dined on a Monday evening, the service and food was exceptional. We ordered appetizers and entrees for the table to share. The server brought out another appetizer that he thought we would enjoy, on the house. This is a great move from a restaurant service standpoint. The Korma was the best I’ve had in the USA... My gf and I routinely seek a good korma dish at Indian restaurants and among dozens tried, this one is the best we’ve had. Absolutely excellent. I know we will return.

This was the first time I went to Shagun. What a great find, the food was amazing. The restaurant was nice, clean and dining room was specious. My wife is vegetarian and I am on the border so we had both kind of dishes on our table. We started with Gobi Manchurian, it was crispy and tangy just like it should be that you don’t get at every restaurants. We ordered Tandoori chicken and Kurkuri Bhindi, chicken was so moist and flavorful. Chicken was best I have tried in Indian restaurants. The Bhindi dish was little salty. We got one Paneer dish which was nice and right amount of spice, the portion was big and the Naan was thin but my daughter liked it since it was crispy. The staff is really friendly and the manager seems to know their customers well. I want to try their buffet next week, Overall it was a great find, I will be going back again soon!

The best Indian food I’ve had in the US. Me and my friends ordered chicken lollipop and tandoori chicken for appetizers. Both were delicious but the Tandoori chicken was just amazing! We then ordered Malai Shrimp, Butter and Garlic Naan for entrée and everything for perfect to the T! We asked them to make it spicy and they did but without compromising on the flavors (doesn’t usually happen elsewhere). The desert which is called Matka kulfi was so innovative, kulfi frozen on orange peel. Looked tempting and tasted sooo good! Highly recommend everything that I have mentioned!!

Wow this place! From the ambiance to the food and the service everything was amazing! All of the food was cooked perfectly and very flavorful, we had a range of dishes and everything was outstanding. The orange slices with sorbet at the end was a nice treat after a great meal, we will be back many times!

This place is AMAZZZZING!! The service was spot on, atmosphere was fun, as there was a big party going on in the big room....The food was incredible! I asked the waiter to help me decide between 2 vegetarian dinners, he choose one, and then brought me a full dish of the other one to try, ‘on the house’...they brought us extra nann bread for free, and then brought us a yummy carrot dessert to try for free as well! I couldn’t get over how generous they were. On top of that, the quality of the food was phenomenal...they have really raised the bar for Indian food. Craving it already and can not wait to go back again!
